Negotiating the Art World: Strategies for Underrepresented Artists
Photography on a Budget workshops

Learn from professional photographer, Jerry Birchfield, about taking great, portfolio-worthy photos of your art. Come to one or to all three sessions to learn techniques about lighting, equipment, set-up, and editing the photos. All workshops are led by photographer Jerry Birchfield in his studio at 1667 E. 40 Street, 1D2, Cleveland, Ohio, 44103. All materials for demonstrations provided. Please bring whatever camera you use including your cell phone.

Monday, Aug. 13 – Photographing 2D Art Work (anything flat)
Monday, Aug. 20 – Photographing 3D Art Work (everything else)
Tuesday, Aug. 28 (NEW DATE) – Editing Photographs using free or inexpensive software and apps
Tuesday, Sept. 18 (NEW DATE) – Follow-up online Q & A
