A bit about Nate
Nate Ricciuto is a multidisciplinary artist whose work is preoccupied with the peculiar ways that technology continually transforms and confounds our social conditions, systems of belief, and ideas of self. His recent projects have been exhibited at the Corning Museum of Glass (Corning, NY), Practice Gallery (Philadelphia, PA), S12 Galleri (Bergen, Norway), ICEBOX Project Space (Philadelphia, PA), Weston Art Gallery (Cincinnati, OH), Roy G Biv (Columbus, OH), and the Islip Art Museum (Islip, NY). He holds a BFA from Ohio State University (2008), and an MFA from Tyler School of Art (2015). Nate has been an Emerging Artist in Residence at Pilchuck Glass School in Washington, a Creative Glass Center of America Fellow in New Jersey, and was the recipient of a 2017 Individual Excellence Award from the Ohio Arts Council. He lives in Columbus, OH, where he is currently a lecturer at Ohio State University and instructor at Columbus College of Art and Design.
