Develop your photo editing and manipulation skills with practicing artist and founder of the Museum of Creative Human Art, Antwoine Washington. In this three session class series, you will learn how to enhance the visual appeal of your images through the free, cross-platform image editing software, GIMP. The image editing and manipulation information covered in this course will give you the skills to generate images for your portfolio, website, or countless other creative projects. No prior photo editing experience is required. This course is best suited for individuals ages 18 and older. The GIMP Photo Editing for Artists class series is sponsored by The Sculpture Center, an exhibition space in Cleveland dedicated to exhibiting the work of early and mid-career sculptors, and The George Gund Foundation.

About the Instructor: Antwoine Washington
Antwoine Washington is an artist dedicated to relaying narratives of the black experience in America through his work. In addition to his art practice, Washington is the founder of the nonprofit the Museum of Creative Human Art; an organization through where he offers art and graphic design courses to teens and young adults. Washington currently works and lives in Cleveland Ohio with his wife, Carlise Washington, and his children, Grayson and Luca.
