THE SCULPTURE CENTER IS ONE OF THE FEW INSTITUTIONS OF ITS KIND IN THE U.S.

HERE’S WHY
  • This year, we revealed ALL NEW ART WORKS by renowned artists Julie Schenkelberg and Kasumi.
  • We partnered with FRONT International to collaborate with artist Abigail DeVille to create arresting installations in the galleries and outside in Quincy Park.
  • We explored the erasure of Black neighborhoods and its impact on Cleveland neighborhoods through Quinn Hunter’s stunning tapestries and Cameron Granger’s sci-fi feature film.
  • We inhabited Sara Dittrich’s introspective exhibition space with community meditation and sound bath experiences.
  • We offered free community weaving workshops and winter-warming teas in the shrine of Connie Fu’s magical installation.

Best of all, we have more ahead to look forward to!

We are excited to share that we are expanding our galleries! The Sculpture Center will be moving to a new space on the Davis Arts Campus which will more than double our current exhibition square footage and will also give TSC a broad stretch of window space along Euclid Ave to the corner of 123rd St. TSC is planning a formal opening of the new gallery space in September 2023, and we look forward to updating you with additional information in the near future.

Whether you have visited our galleries, participated in an artist workshop, or attended an artist talk or tour, we are grateful for your support. Your gift ensures we continue to connect ideas, experiences and the vibrant community of artists, students, teachers, residents and visitors in Northeast Ohio.

BECAUSE YOU ENJOY THE WORK WE DO, WILL YOU HELP US?
